William R. Roy, Ph.D.

Bill has an extensive track record in building innovative business strategies and techniques that help clients position and expand their products and services.

Bill was Vice President of Worldwide Passenger Marketing for Pan American World Airways and Chief Marketing Officer at Pacific Southwest Airlines. He was also a management consultant with Booz, Allen & Hamilton and the University of Michigan. He holds Ph.D., M.B.A. and B.A. degrees with specialties in target marketing, international operations and consumer buying behavior.

Dr. Roy is a past president of the California Travel Industry Association and served on the Governor’s Task Force on Economic Development and Task Force on Tourism (both in California). He has also been a member of the Executive Committee of the Florida Tourism Association. He is a member of the American Marketing Association and the World Future Society, a Trustee of the World Trade Center and serves on numerous community boards.
