As a consultant in brand development and strategic marketing communications Pat assists clients and their clients in creating and launching brand marketing and communications strategies and forging pathways to markets and customers.

Her business experience is a combination of industry, consulting and account management assignments in global, national and local markets, including marketing products, services and ideas. Pat has also held senior directorships in Fortune 500 firms with some of the best known service brands and with advertising agencies serving travel and tourism accounts. Her diverse functional experience includes market development, strategic planning, marketing communications, brand management, sales, service, distribution, loyalty programs, and customer relationship management.

Ms. Murray has worked in the US and international settings including Mexico, Japan, and the Netherlands, and has developed marketing strategies, plans and programs for clients entering or expanding marketing efforts in the North American, Latin American, Caribbean, Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific markets.

Select client and management assignments include Aero México, America West, TWA, Pan Am, United Airlines Mileage Plus, Delta Vacations, and Worldspan. Her other clients have included the National Lottery of Mexico, Running with Scissors, a game developer, and KSR Advertising, Pinpoint Communications and secondsitestudio.com in the marketing communications arena.

Professional groups have sought her expertise, and she has authored articles for the Association of Travel Marketing Executives and the American Marketing Association on the subject of e-marketing for travel and tourism. In addition, as an adjunct faculty member, Pat has taught global studies, travel and tourism, hospitality law and strategic planning at universities in Arizona and Florida.

Ms. Murray holds an Executive Master of International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) and a BS in Business from the State University of New York.
